Due to continued growth of our clients Property and Contract Litigation department in Cardiff Gate require a Litigation NQ Solicitor.

The role itself requires you to review and evaluate property claims for prospects of success and to negotiate and litigate claims through the civil courts.

You will be required to handle a varied caseload.

Key duties

• To assess prospects of success of property claims initially and on an ongoing basis
• To draft and to prepare all necessary pleadings and documentation.
• To negotiate claims to a successful outcome through the most efficient and economic means
• To ensure that a high standard of service is provided to the client in accordance with the internal risk management procedures and other service requirements.
• To assist the Senior Solicitor
