This is a very exciting career opportunity for someone to join an award winning chambers rated regional law firm in their Property Litigation department.
Not only that you will join a settled, high performing team with the expertise to nurture your career at this key development NQ-3 PQE stage.

The Property Litigation team within this Top 200 UK law firm advises on all Property related disputes and you working alongside partners and senior associates you will assist with a varied caseload including high value and complex disputes relating to use and occupation of land, lease renewals, as well as claims relating to breach of covenant, rent and service charges recovery and real estate related insolvency issues, also landlord and tenant issues. Some files will be in your name at NQ stage , the higher level of PQE you have the more cases you will have in your own name.

The firm works with various clients ranging from private individuals, property investors and insolvency practitioners to lenders, large multi-national property developers and governmental bodies.

With regards to landlord and tenant disputes, both residential and commercial, their solicitors act for landlords on a range of matters including terminating leases, evicting tenants, recovering rent arrears, enforcing covenants and litigating disputed lease renewals.

The team also acts for tenants in actions including defending possession proceedings, terminating or surrendering leases, recovering tenancy deposits after the end of a lease, dealing with contentious commercial lease renewals, enforcing landlord covenants and advising on service charge disputes.

With your excellent communication, organisational and IT skills you will also be happy to embrace business development.
