Job Details
Due to succession planning this opening has arisen for a contentious trusts and probate solicitor to join one of Wiltshire's leading firms at their Devizes office.
You will be a contentious probate solicitor with at least 3 years PQE with experience in lack of capacity cases, fraud and undue influence cases, subsequent revocation and inheritance.
This is an opportunity to join an award winning firm that has a family feel throughout the practice. You will be building and running a caseload of contentious probate and ToLATA cases including dealing with inheritance act claims and court of protection disputes. Deputyship experience would also be an advantage.
This opening offers lots of potential for progression and growth along with relationship building with your clients.
