Our clients firm has been established for over 80 years and they are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer as a result of retirement planned early 2021. The work is a mix of high quality, high end residential conveyancing matters covering sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and the occasional new build matters. However, this is not your everyday residential conveyancing opportunity as you will manage some more interesting and complex matters . For example you could expect to work on conveyancing matters of country homes and cottages/estates with additional things to manage such as septic tanks etc making this specific residential conveyancing opportunity all the more interesting! As the firm have been established for so long in the North Yorkshire area, many of the Conveyancing clients are often second and third generations returning to the firm. A lot of the work can be really quite interesting with many of the clients being high net worth individuals.
Our client is seeking applications from Residential Conveyancing Solicitors who are seeking a long term opportunity with a number of solid years fee earning within another residential conveyancing department. In addition to your salary, our client offers a bonus in which you would earn a third of whatever you bill above target. There is no doubt you must be a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer, from a non-volume background, that has experience of meeting clients and providing first quality, market leading residential conveyancing service to clients in order to be considered.
