A service driven Property Solicitor is wanted to manage a challenging and rewarding Residential Conveyancing caseload for a highly regarded, Top ranked Newcastle law firm. Salary is upwards of £28,000 and negotiable, depending on experience and excellent benefits including bonus and generous holiday entitlement.
The successful Property Solicitor will join a small friendly team that delivers an excellent Residential and Commercial Conveyancing service to private clients and the business community. Managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish, day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Some Wills and Probate, Trusts and Estate work may form part of the caseload where there is appetite. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy with caseloads tailored around skill set and full training and development provided in order to build out your Conveyancing know how. For those who like to get out and about the role will also provide opportunities to get involved with the marketing and promotion of the departments services.

The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running a caseload. Wills and probate experience an advantage but not essential.
