A well respected regional firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor with over 3 years' PQE to work in their busy practice. The firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have offices across the region. They have an excellent staff retention rate and people genuinely enjoy working here.
QED Legal are recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor for a regional firm in the Bracknell area. The department work on a range of property litigation matters including high value and complex property claims and advisory work across a variety of sectors. The work includes dilapidation claims, boundary disputes, disputes over commercial leases, construction disputes and restrictive covenants.
The successful candidate will have experience of running their own caseload and be able to operate with minimal supervision. You will have strong client management skills and good attention to detail. Candidates with a good background in business development will be at an advantage.
