Job Details
SGR Legal Recruitment are excited to be able to offer an opportunity for an experienced property executive/conveyancing assistant to join an established residential property department.
Minimum 2 years conveyancing experience is required working at assistant level or above. You will be responsible for providing general conveyancing advice and support assisting the residential department.
Desired attributes from a successful applicant are as follows:
Confident communication skills when dealing with clients
Strong IT skills
Ability to deal with high volume and fast paced new build caseload
Experience with broader conveyancing matters
Team focussed individual who is there to support their colleagues
