JOB TITLE:               Real Estate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED:       3+
LOCATION:                Greater Manchester
SALARY:                    Dependant on Experience

THE ROLE:
This firm’s real estate team handle all aspects of the acquisition, disposal, development, letting and management of property to include the financing of transactions, planning, construction and any property litigation matters. The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be responsible for plot sales and purchases and have their own busy caseload.

THE CANDIDATE:
Real Estate Solicitors that possess a minimum of 3 years’ PQE are encouraged to apply. It is essential that applicants have experience of plot sales and new build purchases and experience of running a caseload with minimal to no supervision. Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors that are confident self-starters who are keen to develop their experience and progress their career.
