Job Details

Residential Conveyancer A law firm with offices in North Hampshire have a requirement of a Residential Conveyancer with 2 or 3 years experience to join their Residential Conveyancing department. The Firm A Partner led private practice steeped in history with strong links to the local community. The firm provides legal services to businesses and individuals including conveyancing, company commercial, litigation, personal injury, family and private client. The Role The Residential Conveyancer will report to a Partner and will be responsible for running a case load of residential property transactions including leasehold, freehold, sales, purchases, shared ownership, equity release, right to buy and re-mortages. The Candidate A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at 2 or 3 years residential conveyancing experience. This role will be office based and will suit candidates residing in commuting distance of Basingstoke, Andover, Winchester and Newbury. Salary dependent upon experience.
