A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a long standing and well-respected high-street law firm, to be based in the West Bromwich office. The firm offers a friendly and supportive environment and plenty of autonomy, with excellent future career prospects.

Our client is looking to appoint a litigation solicitor with upward of around 3 years' PQE. You will be handling your own caseload of civil litigation work, such as consumer disputes, landlord & tenant, possession claims and debt recovery, but also, due to an increase in client enquiries over recent months, developing the firm's contested probate offering.

As a Civil Litigation Solicitor in this team, you must be able to work independently without significant supervision. While support is provided by the firm, the role would suit a self-starter, so it is essential that you have a broad range of litigation experience from the outset.
