Located in a fantastic central Leeds office, our client is a leading name both regionally and nationally with a fantastic client roster. On the back of consistent success, there is now an opportunity for a pensions associate to join the highly rated pensions team.

Our client would be happy to hear from applicants who have worked in industry and who wish to return to private practice or from applicants looking for part-time or flexible working posts.

Pensions is one of the core practices and the team mainly advises trustees as well as employers, insolvency practitioners and individuals.

You will deliver practical advice on all aspects of pension law including group reorganisations and mergers, scheme design and benefit changes, scheme closure, and general pensions matters.

The Head of Department is particularly keen to hear from technically capable and ambitious pensions solicitors with experience gained from a leading regional or city firm. The team can accommodate someone with less or more experience, hence the wide 2- 6 year PQE bracket.
