Your new company
A market leading listed technology solutions and infrastructure business with over 13,000 people and clients in all sectors. The business supports technology users in over 60 countries in both the private and public sectors.

Your new role
A Legal Counsel role reporting into Senior Counsel as part of a team of c. 20 lawyers, on a long-term fixed term contract basis. The role will involve negotiating and reviewing the likes of IT infrastructure, client services and supply agreements, alongside advising on contractual risk and working with senior stakeholders. The role will be remote working for the moment, and upon a return to the Hertfordshire offices there will be good flexibility to work from home.

What you'll need to succeed
You will a commercial lawyer qualified in the UK or another major common law jurisdiction, with at least 3 years' PQE (as a guide). You will have sustained experience negotiating and reviewing IT supply and infrastructure agreements and you will work well within a team while autonomously managing your own workload. You must be able to work in Hertfordshire (incorporating home working) when the company returns to the office.
