An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a thriving commercial firm in a position, which would see them fast-tracked to Directorship. This position would be ideally suited to an ambitious and entrepreneurial Employment Solicitor with a minimum of six years PQE.

The successful applicant will join the firm as a Senior Associate and will be responsible for driving the employment department forwards with the assistance of the firm’s senior management. They will be promoted to Director after the first year, if agreed deliverables are met. Promotion to Director would result in a significant pay rise and share options.

This position will see you working alongside the firm’s Corporate and Commercial teams and building up your own caseload and client base. The firm will support you in this endeavour and will provide a strong platform upon which to develop your practice.

The firm has a loyal commercial client base and as such you will predominantly act for respondent clients, providing them with robust tactical advice. The work will be varied and touch upon a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, dismissals and Settlement Agreements.

The firm has a progressive approach and allows for flexible working arrangements to include remote working. The salary on offer will be competitive and dependant on previous experience.

This role would be ideally suited to an Employment Solicitor with excellent technical skills and a love of networking and business development. Applications will be considered from Employment Solicitors of all levels of qualification although it is expected that the successful applicant will have a minimum of six years PQE, given the level of autonomy.
