Job Details
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
A law firm with an office in Andover, Hampshire require a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their join their Residential Conveyancing department. The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will have a minimum 2 years PQE.
The Firm
The law firm employ a number of experienced lawyers across legal disciplines and they emjoy strong client relationships which form the basis of the firm's longevity.
The Role
The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will report to a Partner and will be responsible for running a case load of residential property transactions including leasehold, freehold, sales, purchases, shared ownership, equity release, right to buy and re-mortages.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years residential conveyancing experience. This role will be office based and will suit candidates residing in commuting distance of Basingstoke, Andover, Winchester and Newbury.
Salary dependent upon experience.
