COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR – 5+ PQE – GREATER MANCHESTER – STRONG SALARY – JOB REF:2444

This reputable and expanding Cheshire firm that is keen to strengthen its offering within Commercial Law through the recruitment of an experienced and ambitious Commercial Solicitor. You will take a key role within the team, working closely with Partners and other senior lawyers and will take responsibility for a wide range of non-contentious commercial matters including various software and licensing agreements, IT contracts, data protection, IP and competition law. This is a growth role and therefore you will be expected to focus on a continued and proactive approach to business development initiatives. You will have at least 5 years’ PQE working as a Commercial Solicitor dealing with a busy caseload of similar commercial matters within a leading regional or national law firm. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, a good sense of strategic and commercial awareness. It goes without saying that you will be an effective networker and ideally have a reliable contact book of clients and work referrers.
