JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-5 years
LOCATION: Newcastle upon Tyne

THE ROLE:
You will join a busy team handling a broad range of commercial property transactions on behalf of all manner of clients including energy and infrastructure projects The appointed commercial property solicitor will be working on their own caseload of transactions as well as assisting on more complex matters. You will also be expected to play an active role in the commercial property team's business development activities.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking to speak to talented and ambitious commercial property solicitors anywhere within their first 5 years after qualification. NQ candidates must have undertaken at least one training contract seat in commercial property whilst more experienced solicitors must have experience in working autonomously on a commercial property caseload. Candidates must be technically astute with a flair for negotiation and keen sense of commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be adept at building lasting working relationships with clients and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the commercial property team's ongoing success.
