The Firm A multi office practice with excellent links with the local community and an impressive growth history during the past 20 years. The firm have recruitment many talented lawyers across disciplines but they are recognised in the legal directories for their property knowledge and experience. The Role The Commercial Property Lawyer will join a Property team to manage their own case load of residential transactions such as the sale and purchase of houses, flats, apartments, maisonettes, town houses both freehold and leasehold. The Candidate The Commercial Property Lawyer will have at least 2 years experience in commercial conveyancing and will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or fee earner.
