DUTY SOLICITORS CRIME
Fulchers Solicitors - Farnborough, Hampshire
Competitive salary and on-call out of hours payments along with 25 days holiday per annum and pension scheme.
We are seeking to recruit a duty qualified Senior Associate Criminal Solicitor and a duty qualified Associate Criminal Solicitor to join us at our busy well established multi–disciplinary High Street practice. Higher Rights of Audience and Supervisor status desirable but not essential.
We will want you to apply for inclusion on the duty rotas for Guildford, Aldershot and Basingstoke Courts and Police Stations.
You will conduct Magistrates’ Court trials (and Crown Court if appropriate) and manage your own caseload from inception to conclusion.
The senior role offers an excellent opportunity, for the right candidate, to be involved in managing this area of our practice.
