Commercial Property Solicitors – Stockton-on-Tees/Teesside
As a result of growing demand, Endeavour Partnership LLP is offering an exciting opportunity for talented lawyers to expand and enhance our established and highly respected commercial property team.
Endeavour Partnership LLP is the largest business law firm between Leeds and Newcastle and provides the full spectrum of commercial law services.
The commercial property team presently consists of six solicitors, a CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner, a trainee solicitor and specialist support staff and deals with high quality work for a range of developers, investors, public sector bodies and private businesses operating across a wide variety of sectors.
The workload will consist of acting for an array of clients doing general commercial property work (including dealing with landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases, property finance and providing support to our wider corporate team) in an environment that is challenging but supportive and rewarding.
We invite applications from specialist commercial property solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE to join our inclusive and enthusiastic team. Good communication and client care skills, as well as experience of running your own caseload with minimal supervision, are essential.
Salary is dependent on skills and experience but will be competitive. We encourage flexible working and offer excellent employee benefits, as well as ongoing training and opportunities for progression.
