Employment Law Fee Earner

I am working with an award-winning regional practice in Leeds who are looking for an Employment Law fee earner with at least 2 years’ experience to join their small, friendly team.

The work is mainly claimant (all privately funded) work with some respondent matters too. The work is decent quality with a contentious leaning therefore the right candidate will have good Employment Tribunal experience/exposure.

The team is small but friendly with the Head of Department being very approachable and good to work for.

The right candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of working within an employment law team and be comfortable speaking with executive level professionals.

The firm has grown significantly over the last few years and have recently been recognised as one of the leading smaller sized regional practices in the area.

Salary is dependent upon experience with good benefits.

If you would like to hear more about this opportunity, please contact Graham Rawlinson at QED Legal for a confidential chat.

An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".

As a recruiter you have to network and speak to large amounts of people and lots of law firms to really understand the market and have the connections to match people with opportunity quickly when the time arises. A good recruiter needs to be Quick, Excellent and Dynamic in everything that they do. Allow the team at QED to demonstrate what they can do for your firm or your career.
