Due to expansion an ambitious, commercially minded Litigation Solicitor is wanted for an exciting opportunity with a forward thinking multi branch Leeds law firm. The successful Litigation Solicitor will join an expanding law firm delivering an expanding range of legal services to West Yorkshire private clients. Caseloads will vary in nature, and major in Civil Litigation so include neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant, consumer matters, negligence and in particular contentious probate. Some commercial litigation is also expected. Day to day duties will include taking instructions, issuing proceedings, drafting witness statements and preparing trial bundles, negotiating settlements and briefing counsel. The successful candidate will also help with the promotion of the department's services driving repeat business and referrals with the delivery of high levels of service and client satisfaction.
