We are currently working closely alongside on of our longstanding clients in their search for a senior Commercial Property solicitor to join their thriving team in Solihull.
This is a long established, regional firm with strong roots in the wider Birmingham area, who've built an impressive reputation for both their commercial and personal legal services. This award winning firm is widely accredited and is continuously ranked top tier by the Legal 500.
Their impressive Commercial Property team offer pragmatic advice on all real estate matters including high profile multi-million pound transactions. The team are in need of a senior Commercial Property solicitor to join the team and get stuck in with the busy caseload of work they have as well as take on the opportunity to nurture junior members of staff in the team.
This position would best suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with extensive real estate transaction experience, to include land acquisition and development as well as promotion and overage agreements.
