COMPANY COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR - (min 2+ PQE) - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
We are looking to hear from experienced Company Commercial Solicitors to join a top legal 500 firm based in Northamptonshire
You will ideally have at least 2 years+ PQE up to a more senior level and have experience in a wide range of non-contentious company and corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, joint ventures, LLPs, partnerships and corporate finance, Experience of commercial work is an advantage.
This role would suit someone with solid experience in this field with a back ground working within a city or regional firm.
