Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor -
A very exciting and discreet opportunity for a Senior Solicitor with a solid grounding in Residential Property transactional matters behind them, to establish an excellent future career within a substantial multi-office law firm. This is a leading firm with a great reputation, and a rare opportunity to join the team.
You should have a good range of Residential Property experience gained at a respected firm. This is a standalone position so having the ability and confidence to manage and run your own caseload with no supervision is fundamental for this position.
You will be given a great deal of autonomy and supported by other team members in other offices. There is flexibility on experience levels here, however this position would suit candidate's with at least five years PQE up to a more Senior Level.
The work will be varied and of high net worth consisting of matters to include sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and plot sales.
The firm are seeking someone that is commercially minded and that fits in to the firm's dynamic well, you should be someone that also has good networking and business development skills.
