Commercial Litigation Solicitor A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a partner led Commercial Litigation department working with an array of client's throughout the M4 corridor region. A genuine opportunity to develop a career within a highly respected law firm based in Berkshire providing exposure to interesting and technically challenging work at times whilst being supported from the top. The Company Based in their head office of a leading regional private practice law firm recognised by the legal directories across many areas of law. The firm employs some very talented and highly experienced staff whilst Lexcel accredited. They pride client relationships as the key success to continued growth. The Role Working in the Commercial Litigation department the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have trained in a regional or recognised commercial litigation department and have a distinct interest in developing a career under the guidance of some highly experienced Partner's. The Commercial Litigation Solicitor role will enable good exposure to high quality work across contentious ares such as contract disputes, professional negligence, real estate disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy. The role is full time, 5 days per week. The Candidate A qualified solicitor with at least 1 year commercial disputes experience gained in a recognised commercial litigation department or firm - Strong academics required.
