One of the largest firms in the South West is now looking for a qualified residential property solicitor/CILEX qualified to join their offices in Torquay. This is a really interesting role as there is the option to also work on commercial property matters, however this is not essential.

This firm has a lot of interesting work coming through and you would be expected to deal with a variety of matters concerning:

• Residential property sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Joint ownership
• Matrimonial and Probate sales
• New homes and Help to Buy
• Residential Investments and Lettings
