GREATER MANCHESTER / CHESHIRE - (2+ PQE) -
An excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join a leading firm and a very strong team. The firm have a strong national reputation and have an excellent and healthy client base.
The role offers a rare opportunity to act for high net worth individuals on a variety of sales and purchases in addition to advising investors and other stakeholders on other significant residential developments. A strong background in the wide range of residential property matters will be required such as freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, new build sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy and help to buy and buy to let.
