With this particular position located within their Poundbury office, this top 200 legal firm is looking for a proactive commercial property solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join this prestigious Commercial Property team. Due to the ever-growing client base, and continued pressure on the team this firm is looking to interview as soon as possible.

More about the Role

You will need to demonstrate an apt knowledge in all areas of commercial property, from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases through to secured lending as well as commercial landlord and tenant cases. Surrounding knowledge of corporate transactions will also be an advantage to secure the role.

The ideal professional will be able to demonstrate a keen aptitude for building strong relationships and develop on an already thriving case load. You should also have the ability to manage a high volume of complex and intricate cases. Once settled in you will also have the opportunity to work on alongside the Partner’s with the firm’s higher net worth cases.
