Ideally you will be at 3 to 5 years PQE and ready to inherit a good quality mid-level caseload. All levels of PQE will still be considered though especially if you have good local knowledge.

Perhaps you are at a firm where the path to progression is blocked in the short and medium term.

There is a wide range of work coming into the firm - typical transactional work relating to the buying , selling and leasing of commercial property.

You can also expect to handle matters relating to high net worth individuals who have their own portfolios of flats with instructions relating to freehold, leasehold and lease extensions.

Other clients you may act for might relate to offices, retail outlets, restaurants, takeaways and other hospitality industries, industrial units, including warehousing and storage, service providers including care homes and more.

You should be commercially aware with the ability to be client facing, showing attention to detail and a willingness to get involved with networking and business development activities.

Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Bournemouth area.
