Planning Solicitor

Our Client is a boutique Planning practice in Leeds which is seeking to appoint a Planning Solicitor to join its highly-rated team in Leeds. The successful candidate will join a true “specialist team” which has focused on Planning law since the firm’s inception. He/she will focus their workload on a wide spectrum of Planning matters, whilst also providing advice to a broad-range of mainly development-focused clients including housebuilders, strategic land promoters, local authorities and retailers.

The work on offer is of a very high standard and the successful candidate will have the opportunity of building on their expertise, learning from some of the best specialist planning lawyers in Yorkshire. Our client is willing to consider a broad range of junior experience – from 1-4 PQE
