New! Public Childcare NQ Solicitor

Our client is looking for a highly motivated NQ Solicitor for this important post. As a member of our clients busy Public Childcare team  , your main area of work will be advising  on all aspects of child care law including care and adoption proceedings. You will demonstrate a strong technical knowledge when handling public law cases.

You will need to be:

* Newly qualified solicitor
* able to demonstrate confidence and experience of advocacy in a variety of settings but with particular emphasis on representing parties within public law proceedings in the court arena.
* able to demonstrate experience or the aptitude for advising elected members
* enthusiastic as well as being a good communicator
* able to work under pressure and on your own initiative
* be able to give clear pragmatic advice
