One of the leading top tier commercial practices in Sheffield City Centre has a rare opening for an excellent NQ property litigation solicitor to join its market-leading team. The role will be fairly broad, working with the firm's key real estate clients offering a service seeking to protect and enhance their real estate assets. The team has vast experience of handling matters through litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

As well as the acute litigation service, and as is commonplace in the large commercial firms, the team offers day-to-day specialist advice on transactional and property management issues and to that end are a genuine extension of the transactional real estate team.

The firm is looking for a NQ property litigation solicitor, ideally one that has trained in a leading regional or national practice and has had experience of assisting on complex, high-quality contentious property matters. That being said, the key for our client is to find the solicitor who is the right fit into the team rather than finding one from a particular practice.

On offer is a top of the market package with exposure to some of the best property litigation and property management work in the country. The firm also has a strong commitment to the continuing development of its solicitors through its PSLs and knowledge management systems.
