PUBLIC LAW SOLICITOR - LEEDS

Top 20, national commercial law firm are looking for a Public Law Solicitor to join their public law team in Leeds.

Their public law department are recognised as expert leaders in the field and provide advisory and litigious support to their clients in the areas of judicial review, community care and health and welfare services. Often the cases this firm handle are covered by the national press, some reaching the appellate court including the Supreme Court.

The role will provide an opportunity to get involved in an interesting and diverse caseload including Court of Protection (health and welfare), education, health and social care and civil liberties. The team is looking for a Public Law Solicitor that has the confidence to hit the ground running and the ability to work independently on litigated cases.

To be considered for the role, you should have excellent client care and communication skills and be able to demonstrate good time management and organisational skills. Ideally, you should have a passion for public law and at least 1 years' PQE in a public law area.
