This is an excellent opportunity for some looking to join a private client team that handles excellent quality court of protection work at an organisation that really values work / life balance and the importance of flexible working. The successful solicitor will manage a varied caseload court of protection matters, delivering high quality advice to clients at all times. Areas of work will include trust work, assisting with tax affairs, wills, drafting personal injury trusts, deputyship applications and other associated applications to the Court. You will get exposure to both elderly client and serious injury work.
