A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a leading, full service law firm in South London.

My client is a top performing, full service law firm with a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, and a varied client base across a number of specialist sectors. Due to continued growth that has seen the firm reach new heights over the past five years, the firm are now keen to expand their Residential Property team with the addition of an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

The Property department acts on behalf of a wide variety of clients, banks and property companies, with a strong focus on client care while providing pragmatic, commercially sound advice. This will be a varied role, covering general Residential Property matters from inception through to completion, including freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build, shared ownership, and Right to Buy transactions.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, with at least 2 years experience within a busy Residential Conveyancing team. You will be part of a close-knit, high performing team in a well-connected area of South London and will be given full support to develop and grow your career, with exceptional progression prospects.

In addition to excellent long term prospects, you will benefit from one on one support from an Assistant, and a highly competitive salary dependant on your experience. The firm also prides itself on its flexible approach, and home working is offered from day one.
