A long established, reputable law firm with exciting growth plans are looking for 2 experienced residential property Legal Assistants to join their team in Chepstow.  

The Opportunity
You will assist on the running of a busy file load of residential property matters from start to finish, to include sales and purchases of properties, sale of land and re-mortgage matters. You will be a part of the Client Services Team dealing with chasers from clients, agents and third parties (for searches etc) and providing updates to the same on matters.

You will be part of a team with big growth plans with a focus of client satisfaction.

The experience you need for this role

• A minimum of 6 months experience in residential property
• A law degree / DGL / LPC is desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Excellent client care skills
• Ability to work under pressure
