In response to growth, a large regional heavyweight with 5 offices in Surrey is seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join the team in Guildford.

The team is the go-to within Leasehold Enfranchisement, leading by example in this niche area and being ALEP accredited.

Working in parallel with the Partner, you will manage a caseload consisting of but not limited to Extending Leases, Leasehold Reversions, Right to Manage and all relevant areas of law.

The role is fully supported, offering flexibility and some home-working.

Flexible on PQE and background, with strong expertise taking precedent.
