We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with extensive experience in Wills and Probate to take on an exciting role with opportunity for development.

JOB TITLE: Private Client / Probate Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Hertfordshire
SALARY: £50,000

OVERVIEW:

We are a successful probate administration company taking on over 200 estates per year. An opportunity has arisen within the firm for us to take on a solicitor to join us working from beautiful, listed barns in Hertfordshire.

After 10 years of service and expansion, we have developed a strong client base, and are now undergoing ABS approval. This will be an exciting opportunity for the right applicant as the role will allow scope for growth and development within the company.

We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE. The successful applicant will have their own office and will work alongside our experienced team of administrators in preparing applications to the Court.

Key responsibilities include:

• Applying for Grants of Probate / Letters of Administration
• Completion of IHT 400s
• Will writing and advising on Trusts
• Deeds of Variation

Knowledge of the new MyHMCTS online application system would be desirable.

This is a full-time position, but flexible working hours will also be considered for the right candidate. Our offices are in a beautiful rural setting with free onsite parking.
