QED Legal are working with a leading full-service law firm in Yorkshire who are looking for an experienced Education Law Solicitor to work in one of their West or South Yorkshire offices.

The firm are very well established and have a fantastic reputation in the specialised area of Education Law and are considered one of the leaders both regionally and nationally.

They are looking for an Education Law Solicitor ideally 2 years’ + PQE to join them.

The role will be acting for individuals in respect Education Law matters such as challenging school or college exclusions, failures to provide special education needs support, challenging SEN and EHC plans and funding, disability discrimination claims and admissions to schools and nurseries.

For this role the candidate should have strong experience at a good regional or national practice or smaller niche firm who specialise in public law, education and community care.

As one of the leaders in this field you will get the opportunity of working alongside lawyers who are considered experts in this area, with the opportunity to develop and grow and further your career.

The firm has a strong presence in both West and South Yorkshire and is happy to consider either location for the right candidate.
