Job Details
TSR Legal are representing a leading law firm across South Wales and West. Our client is a reputable law firm who offer a diverse range of business and personal legal services.
These roles will require you to have experience managing your own autonomous caseload of residential conveyancing sale and purchase matters.
The Role:
The firm is looking for a 3+ PQE residential conveyancer who can demonstrate:
Ability to deal with both freehold and leasehold transactions including sales, purchases, new builds, unregistered title and shared ownership.
Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer,or CILEx
Able to supervise and delegate tasks to a team of assistants.
IT proficient
