RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCUM - CORNWALL
We are recruiting on behalf of a regional legal practice in Cornwall who are looking to take on a Residential Property Locum from January on a full-time basis in the office. This role will start on the 4th January on an ongoing basis to assist the busy Property Department.
The caseload is a broad mix of property work to include the usual spectrum of sales, purchases, remortgages, equity release for a varied client base. It is important you are confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and to tight deadlines.
The office is based in a picturesque town on the north coast with good local amenities and road links.
