Residential Conveyancer
 
A Berkshire law firm wishes to appoint an experienced residential conveyancer to join one of their busy offices.
 
The Firm
A long established Thames Valley law firm with a strong reputation for their property legal services amongst other legal services they provide to individuals and business clients.
 
The Role
The Residential Conveyancer will need a minimum of 2 years experience managing a residential conveyancing case load from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and be used to dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The role is open to solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers and is commutable Bracknell, Maidenhead, Slough, Wokingham and Reading.
 
The Candidate
The successful Residential Conveyancer will also have the ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is desirable.
 
Salary dependent upon experience
