The Role

The firm are looking for a Senor Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Associate to join their office in Liverpool.

This department deals with good quality levels of work and you will act as a lead fee earner.

You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of complex conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, deeds of easements, and rectification of titles as well as shared ownership, flats and residential development. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion.

You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Residential Property team in a friendly and supportive environment.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with at least 5 years' experience
• You will have experience in handling your Conveyancing cases, with strong exposure
• You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
