The Role

The firm are looking for a Restructuring and Insolvency Litigation Associate to join their flourishing Leeds office in the heart of the City.

You will be handling a high-quality litigation caseload that is driven from corporate recovery matters. In light of this, you should have extensive knowledge and experience on part 7 claims, with some background experience of insolvency.

The team are well-established and legal pioneers in the specialist work they do. You will be surrounded by heavy weight lawyers.

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE
• You will have a genuine interest in this area of law to specialise in
• You will have a strong technical knowledge
• You will have First class communication skills
• You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements
• You will be a team player
