I am working with a firm based in a well-connected area of South London that is looking for someone with experience across Residential & Commercial Property to join their award-winning team. You will work closely with the team's Partner, who offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from, and who has a renowned reputation in the area. The firm undertakes interesting, high-value work on behalf of a varied client base, many of whom have stayed with the firm since its inception. This is NOT a volume role, and you will be required to deliver a high-quality service to the firm's clients, whilst building a reputation and client base of your own.

You will be an ambitious individual, ideally with 3+ years PQE, although I am keen to speak with particularly exceptional individuals who don't quite have this experience. You will have experience handling your own caseload of Residential & Commercial Property matters, and ideally some experience within Leasehold Enfranchisement, although this isn't essential. You will be looking for an opportunity to work closely with a Partner, to undertake high-quality work, and build your reputation, whilst working towards Partnership in the long term.
