Our Client, a multi-serviced Law firm who provide Legal services across the North West are appointing 2x Full Time Conveyancing Assistants to join their office on the Wirral.
In this Conveyancing Assistant role, you will assist in the management of a Residential Conveyancing caseload which will include duties such as drafting or approving contracts, applying for mortgage funds, preparing completion statements, dealing with the logistics of completion and any other steps in the transaction process.
In addition to the above you will deal with initial instructions, undergo ID checks and initial searches. It may include post completion matters, such as SDLT returns, Land Registry requirements, sending deeds to lenders and closing files.
My client is ideally looking for candidates who hold at least 12month experience in Residential Conveyancing at Paralegal/Assistant level including at Senior level.
The salary for the successful Conveyancing Assistant is dependent on previous experience and the firm have onsite parking available as well as a host of other staff perks.
