Construction Solicitor

Our Client, a highly-rated Leeds-based practice, is looking for an ambitious Construction Solicitor to join its excellent non-contentious team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity of working within a highly rated team and will be given the opportunity of dealing with a wide spectrum of complex, high quality transactional construction matters. The role itself will revolve around drafting and negotiating high value contracts (primarily mechanical and chemical engineering contracts) alongside negotiating development obligations on complex property development agreements.

Our client is willing to consider a range of experience - ideally between 2 and 7 years' PQE. The ideal candidate will have trained with a regional or national firm and will have had experience of supervising more junior members of the team.
