The Role

This Legal 500 firm is looking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Associate 5+ PQE into their Bristol office.

The firms very highly regarded team in Bristol requires a Senior Associate Solicitor to join them, and work closely with the team's existing partners and associates.

The role will involve handling development matters for land owners, developers and housebuilder clients.

This role will help you develop your technical and client management. You will be working alongside senior partners in this role assisting in both technical development and growth in building your own practice in time.

The role comes with strong Partnership prospects for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE.
• You will have a good grounding in Development work.
• You will be based in the firms' Bristol office.
• You should be an ambitious candidate wanting to progress.
• Salary is very much dependent on your level of experience and background, although above market rate. You will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
