Residential Conveyancer – Home Working

Superb opportunity for a residential conveyancer to work for the UK's largest property firm which offers the chance to work from home on a full-time basis. Instructions are at an all time high due to the recent Stamp Duty cut, so my client are desperately seeking conveyancers and can offer immediate starts.

You will run a full conveyancing caseload of between 20 - 30 matters per month via their cloud-based management system. You will be required to deal with a mixed caseload of sales, purchase, right to buy, remortgage, new builds and shared ownership matters for both freehold & leasehold properties. Remote Paralegal assistance will be provided for with searches and SDLT submissions. Caseload size will generally fall between 80 - 100 live files at any one time.

You will be provided with all the tools required to work from home, including a work phone to use. There is a competitive salary being offered as well as a great bonus scheme.
