Corporate Lawyer 2+ PQE LEEDS

New opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join a top 20 law firm in central Leeds.

This firm has one of the UK's leading corporate groups and act for large, often international, organisations on high value and complex corporate transactions.

The work will involve domestic and cross border transactional work in a range of areas including dealing with mergers & acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, joint ventures, equity capital markets and private equity. A great opportunity to act for both public and private sector clients across a number of sectors including a large number of the region's listed companies.

The successful candidate must have upwards of 2 years PQE in Corporate Law ideally gained at a comparable firm, excellent academics and have commercial acumen required to further existing client relationships.
